Jim Ryan has been practicing law in Florida for more than 20 years. His focus has been on both the litigation and transactional aspects of business and property law. Jim’s transactional work has largely concentrated on Florida state law matters, yet his litigation experience includes numerous federal, multi-jurisdictional and international cases at the trial and appellate court levels. Jim is board certified in Business Litigation.
