MICHAEL J. RYAN
Originally from Minnesota, Mike Ryan received his J.D. from the University of Miami. He became a member of the Florida bar in 1969. He then clerked for Judge George E. MacKinnon of United States Court of Appeals, D.C. Circuit. The following four years, Mike served as an Assistant Legal Officer Lieutenant in the United States Coast Guard. He was stationed in New Orleans, Louisiana. In 1975, Mike left Louisiana taking with him some of its colorful culture and his wife, Lila.
Mike returned to Palm Beach County where his parents, Frank and Ginny Ryan, four brothers and five sisters were located. Over the years he has partnered in practice with his father, the late Francis T. Ryan, two of his brothers and his daughter. Mike Ryan is the founder of Ryan Law Group, LLC.
Areas of practice include business deals, contracts, real estate transactions and related developer issues, bankruptcy and securities, primarily in the area of exempt transactions.

JAMES D. RYAN
Jim Ryan has been practicing law in Florida for more than 20 years. His focus has been on both the litigation and transactional aspects of business and property law. Jim’s transactional work has largely concentrated on Florida state law matters, yet his litigation experience includes numerous federal, multi-jurisdictional and international cases at the trial and appellate court levels.

CULLEN R. D’AMBROSIO
Cullen Ryan D’Ambrosio became a member of the Louisiana bar in 2003. She then clerked for Judge Durwood Conque of the 15th Judicial District Court of Louisiana. In 2004, Cullen became a member of the Florida Bar and began working as an Assistant Public Defender in Miami-Dade County. For the following 9 years, Cullen was a zealous advocate for the constitutional rights of indigent defendants accused of a variety of offenses ranging from First Degree Murder to DUI. Cullen has been lead counsel in over 25 Felony Jury Trials. She has also argued innumerable Motions to Suppress and Motions to Dismiss with favorable results for clients.
In 2013, Cullen left the Public Defender’s Office and joined Ryan Law Group, LLC, as a partner and shareholder. She currently resides in Palm Beach Gardens with her husband and two children.

LAUREN J. SCHINDLER
Lauren attended Boston University as an undergraduate, receiving her law degree from the New England School of Law. She was admitted to the California Bar in 1993 and the Florida Bar in 1995. After working with marital and family law lawyer Joel Weissman, Lauren joined the Elder Law division of the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County before joining James Ryan in his practice in 2001.
